Our return policy is valid for 15 days after you have received your product. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can email us with your order number and product description so that we can initiate your exchange or return.
Please note: Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received it in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the above is not adhered to when you make the return, ICE STAR reserves the right to return the item back to you.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. Please allow 3 business days to process your return once it is received by our warehouse. This can take up to 5 business days in sale periods.
Klarna and Shop Pay returns are processed inline with our returns policy.
If for any reason the item was damaged in transit or appears to be defective, please contact us immediately so that we can replace the item for you. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. If the item you have requested as part of your exchange is out of stock you will automatically be refunded inline with our returns policy. Please email us with your order number and product description so that we can work on resolving the matter.
